South High Spartan Band Boosters requests a contribution from all music students to help cover the costs of competition, resources, etc. For Winter Percussion and Drumline students, the Fair Share Contribution amount is $850 per performer. Funds will go toward providing Percussion and Drumline Coaching costs, as well as the cost of Music, Drill, Music Licensing, Competition Fees, Floor and miscellaneous expenses. In addition, each member of the team is responsible for the rental of their own show attire/costume/uniform at $83 per performer. Students cannot receive their costumes until payment for costume rental is received. 

The school receives no funding beyond teaching hours, so the music department relies very much on contributions collected from the members’ families and fundraising. Please submit completed Registration Form (online or by printing the Form and filling it out) as soon as possible online, by PDF of completed Form to SouthHighDrumlineVP@gmail.com, and/or completed paper Form in the white lockbox in the band room.  

Please submit payment no later than January 10, 2026. If more time is needed, please use payment schedule option to keep the team in good financial standing and to finish the season uninterrupted.

1. 1/10/2025: $83 (Student's Personal Costume Rental)

2. 1/20/2025: $850 (Complete FSC) or $300 (1st of 3 Payments)

3. 2/10/2025: $300 (2nd of 3 Payments)

4. 3/10/2025: $250 (Final Payment Due from each member)
